How far in advance should I book?
We design and install first come first serve and have a limited amount so book as early as possible!
Can I customize?
Yes, please do! We provide Add-ons that allow you to customize with what we have in shop.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require payment in full when booking our service.
What payment methods do you except?
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Check, and 4% more for all credit cards.
How does the installation process work?
Step 1: Seasonal statements will drop of materials at your house.
Step 2: Our designers will arrive shortly after to transform your whole porch!
Step 3: Our designers will confirm installation with customers
Step 4: Enjoy your new porch!
How long does installation take?
Installation varies based on location to location. We will plan and design before we arrive at your home. Our curated packages will generally take 30 to an hour depending on conditions.
Do we work with existing decor?
Yes! We will gladly incorporate our decorations with existing furniture and possible existing porch decorations.
Do I need to be home for installation?
Nope. We will call or text once finished to let customers know their order is complete.
Please provide gate codes or any other information we may need in your absence.
What day/time will you come?
When placing your order please select the date that works best for you. Time is generally between 12-6, we will send updates day of installations. If a specific time does NOT work for you please make note of it when placing an order.
What happens if there is bad weather the day of my installation?
Most of our installation can be done in most conditions. If severe storms or weather occur, the installations may be delayed. We will contact you immediately and race back out when the timing and weather permits.
Do you provide upkeep services?
In extreme situations such as winter storms, high winds or floods, we may come out to provide a touch up. We will require photos of damaged product following strong storms. Your porch should protect the decor from most elements.
Is there anything I need to do after installation?
If you are left with live plants we will leave instructions on how to care for them.
You can of course re-decorate if you choose to.
If you would like us to come back out after installation please contact us and we will discuss the reason and any fees.
